Don’t curse your place of birth. The evil people currently in power will passed away by nature of God and the country will still remain. Americans 13 colonies suffers to kick out the British and they have their independence. If you take refuge out of your country and a new regime takes over and improve the economy and living standards of its citizens, you will certainly want to return. Bad leadership and corruption destroys the country institutions and instability sets in and citizens start fleeing due to violence and some leave voluntarily for greener pastures.

Hello Sir, I have a friend who is a Ghanaian, she had a schengen visa to work in one of the European country base on contract, upon her arrival she couldn't work that much because he diagnosed of a sickness which made her unfit for the work after two month of working. She move from there to a different place with a schengen visa found a man who wanted to marry her, now she is pregnant with the man but it turn out that the man has a wife and because of that the man doesn't want to take responsibility as a father. No she can go to government to tell govermment her situation and they take DNA of baby and father it's easy govermment will tell him responsability to do
She can not apply for asylum.the government will take DNA to confirm that the child is really for the said husband .after that the country your child father will give you residence permit based on the reason that they can not sent you back with your child especially when the child is under 5 years

You need money to go to the country you want to go to. However whenever you are being interviewed by an immigration officer you don’t need money. Most persons nearly have someone to receive them once they come out of the detention center

Hi Sir, i am helping an asylum seeker with his family coming from Congo DRC to file I589 asylum application. We did apply and the application was returned for incomplete. We could not find the mistakes we were making.
I came to the usa at the port of otay mesa. I had a valid B2 visa. I asked the border guard right away for an asylum. After 2 days in the bordeaux, they sent me to detention for 3 months. The visa was cancelled in accordance with the law 22 CFR 41.122.
At the Master Hearing the judge accused me of entering the US without a visa (although I had the visa). But I told her I had a visa. The judge postponed another master hiring to find out the visa situation. Is it right and according to the law the border guards acted? Is there any chance that if I was not treated according to the law to win the case and get a change of status.
My final interview is on Tuesday? Can i have a mock interview with you?

Yes! As long as it's someone that the government is "unable or unwilling to control." It can be tough to get over that hurdle, but depending on the circumstances, may be possible

They're not "classified," but they're treated as confidential - the information won't get back to anyone in your country, or to anyone in the United States who doesn't work for the U.S. government
