Seeing that youngster running that roller just warms my heart and gives me hope for the generations to come.
Teach your children well. That is a future asset sitting there learning solid values.
Thank you for sharing, great job 👍👍👍👍
Thanks for your vid 😇💟💟💟 Love and bless you Dave, good work 👍😁
Yes! After Andrew and Jesse we have a new channel to watch! Another great channel in the making.
Love that roll off bed thing. Seems much easier than a trailer for tight drop of places. Nice piece of land!
The little loader continues to be a great investment!!
Congrats on the property purchase . Hope it all goes well for ya.
Great piece of property. Lots of room to expand your business!
so cute seeing that guys daughter running equipment.
it's another lil me. ♥
Friends & Equipment
Perfect
Storage units are a great passive income on a piece like that.Nice to see small business expanding and bringing business to an area.Good luck.
Awesome. Kids driving heavy equipment. That's a legacy of any company. Incredible work ethic and a skill for life
You would have been further a head to have someone go in there and brush hog the site. Blindly going in there getting all that vegetation mixed with mud.
Now that your buddy got there site is looking great!👍
That's a nice peace of land. Congratulations on the purchase
Sometimes it’s not about what you know its who you know . Worth every penny
Congratulations Dave.
Congratulations. Also those Mack’s run forever lol. My dad used to have a pair of matching 66 Mack trucks back in the day.
Free enterprise is the name of the game !
nice piece of land you have there. I hope it works for you. Mulch and landscaping materials section? Greenhouse? Materials recycling? Uses can be many.
Im glad you have more space than you need. Very smart. Like having a house thats too small, youll never be happy. Kicking yourself of what could of been. I have an idea for you. Since you've been picking up some good deals, like your track loader and tractor and brush hog. You might be able to have a little auction yard. Do one every three months or so. With your connections. You can do very well. Have people looking to unload some equipment, and get 10% of the sales. You have lots of options.
@Dumpster_Dave There's a guy about 1/2 hour south from me. Davis Auctions in Prospect CT. A construction company that has several extra acres. People and companies park their trucks, equipment and attachments. And he gets a percentage of the sales.
Congratulations, very happy to see you moving forward like this. The team doing your clearing and slate were very satisfying to watch. It’s great to watch you and others who are so obviously skilled at what you do; thanks for sharing this with us.
looks like you’re on your way to making money! Congrats and keep your head above the horizon
Enjoy the video Dave , nice peace of land .
Hey David congratulations on you new dumpster yard is awesome spot, I wish you all the best looking forward to future videos on the new yard.
Great Big Congrats on the Land purchase and hope your business continues to grow!!

Gotta love that old Dodge Dakota, too!!! They rust like crazy but that body style is awesome!
Looks great sir Dave the guy's did a good job at it.great video all the best to you
Very KOOL Dave Looks Like a Nice piece of property
Great property, lots of luck, build self storage units on it plus your trucks
That cleaned up nice.
Nice new beginnings.... well done mate !!
The county doesn’t mind you ripping up the pavement with dozzer
Nice video
There’s a place called Larned and Sons just north of you that runs a whole fleet of those old 70s era Mack trucks.
Love your truck! That thing is able to haul equipment and dumpstes. That is the coolest thing around 👍🙂
Teach them young to work hard and reap the rewards of their labor 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Wow nice work💪
Nice. Fence it quick - it will become the local dumping ground if left open..
Good going Mr. Dave. I had a bit of problem hearing your audio but enjoyed watching.
Great video, that should serve you well, sometimes hiring it out makes way more sense, that seems like a very good price. Thanks.
👍👍
Nice chunk Dave! Looks great! Best of luck!
@@Dumpster_Dave mostly junk! Picked up a 77 c6500 dump that needs some brake work and a square body Mason dump that had a fire under the hood! It’s a good thing I’m tight on space! If I had property like yours, I’d be in trouble!!!!
impressive/inspiring
Nice
Epic 😊😊😊😊
Congrats on your expanding business endeavors! The new property lot looks great! By the way. how many pickup trucks do you own?
Dav Its COOL Video
G'day mate, so where is Andrew? I thought he was a good mate of yours. Nice yard and love the old Mack.
Nice work Dave, thats a thick layer of shale thats should hold up with whatever you throw at it.
Are you going to rent that other area out for storage?
👍
I would love to find a usable roll off gas power truck or a newer usable Diesel hand me down truck , out here in California, lol nice that rock looks expensive it would be out here, lolthanks BigAl California praise Jesus Christ grace amen 🙏
In California you can’t have a diesel truck older than 2010 on the road?
You almost need a large bush hog to beat it down
That’s a large area for activities.
also there's money in that pottery clay you unburdened.
not millions of dollars, but if you harvested some of it im sure a pottery maker would give you some cool custom pottery back in exchange for letting them come grab an excavator bucket full or two...(stuff is insanely heavy though so GL on more then one scoop per truck lol)
fair market price is 6$ for 50lbs natural, 30$ per 50lbs for clean. btw
Thought was Andrews stone it’s looking good
Andrews like 25 minutes from this property, would have been a lot of hauling
@@Dumpster_Dave thought something like that did Andrew have a part in bull dozing… I’m in Uk a don’t like many American terms but love dumpster and dumpster diving both self explanatory
New beginning. It looks good 👍.
You got new subscriber and thumbs up. This 52k its total price includes cleaning, digging, removing soil, delivery stone, installing , and compacting? Do you member maybe square footage?
Would that friend be...... andrew camarata ?? Alot of us viewers met u thru him, as yall were doing things together !! AND he has the equipment, trucks AND the shale bank(right beside his "castle"home/shop) u stated.. utube content for both channels !
I’m surprised Andrew didn’t come down and strip that lot for you! Looks like those guys did a good job though
He’s going to give me a hand with some other projects on the property.
@@Dumpster_Davealways good to have a couple friends in similar businesses
Looking Good! Is the $52,000 for material and the labor/equipment? Around me, that wouldn't buy the rock...
Would that friend happen to be andrew lol
Are you putting up a new shop or is it just going to be a storage yard?
Recommend getting an enclosed cab in case of running into a hornet's nest. Good luck...
Andrew camaratas gonna look like that before to long lol. jk
Hello D.Dave, I know your A.Camaratas mate but you starting your Vids just like his bro, Be a Drop different on the Start, And Why did.nt get all that Shale off His Mountain?? He,s your Buddy is.nt he.? Just a thought 🤔 Your Vids are Sound like, That's why am a Subscriber..But just Switch it up a little Buddy...💪🤠
In New York State, there’s a fine line on what you can sell before you need a mining permit, also, it’s too far to bring 150 loads of shale
@@Dumpster_Dave Oh ok, I just thought you lived by him brother, That's All, Cool 😎 Watching from Liverpool England U.K..Thanks for your Reply Dave.👍💪🐶
Congratulations Dave. Awesome land. Wish you continued success.
Thanks
