I really love this car. But many people are discouraging me from buying one. They think I should buy a more recent car.
Just a few questions. How long should I expect to keep it in good running condition? (Note I already have an everyday car, this one would just be a vintage / collection). And what price point for a fairly good and reliable S Type? Thank you very much.
Hi! While older cars certainly require more maintenance than newer cars, they can be very reasonable if you are careful about it, especially for a second or fun car. Jaguars also require a bit more maintenance than some other cars but nothing crazy. The price point depends on the year, mileage, and condition. Give us a call if you'd like to know more!
What has been done to engine? What type suspension? Anything Not working? How long do auto trans go before needing rebuild?
I'm not sure at this time Martin because we had this vehicle 2 and a half years ago. We do get them quite often so feel free to visit our website and give us a call and we can get a similar one for you. www.imotobank.com
