Vincent used to frequent a bowling alley which my late dad owes the cafe at. He’s really nothing but friendly and super polite. He’s also v humble. I enjoyed the interaction with him and I think he will make a great dad in the future hehe

it would great to reduce kid's screen time especially to keep a habit at a young age. im in my twenties and im always infront of my MacBook Pro and iPhone, recently I became very sensitive to sunlight/daylight. my eye nerves hurt and vision got blurry, my screen time tend to be all day along except for when im going to the bathroom/toilet and when its time to sleep. I realised even for adults, should consider having eye check yearly, I stopped having eye check ever since graduating from secondary school, since then I kept myself at home due to thyroid and also traumatic experience due to school bullying which got me distracted during my first exam coursework which I couldn't pay attention and forgot to back up my work, and the next lesson no one told me its usual lesson instead, I carried on with the coursework after seeing majority also continuing with it, the teacher asked me delete, which I did but I ended up getting depression over it , I got tired very easily. so to keep my time occupied I usually watch TH-cam videos, local drama or kdrama all day long, from when im awake till bedtime. its a very bad habit. recently I went for eye check and the optician suspect that I have glaucoma, which prior, I have always told my doctor I have entropia, but my doctor alway makes me frustrated as whenever I went for my doctor appointment she would say I have brain tumour, which the mri scan I did eight year ago proved her wrong.
9 months late but I still appreciate that you guys put parenting tips for toddlers. I think it's important for teenagers like me to learn parenting tips before adulthood. I'm learning a lot from this!

Im suprised as parent you know how to limit your child's screentime as i feel its crucial to be aware of what your child needs, as most people use phones and ipads as a nanny, instead engaging alot of good and fun activities to make sure Starley is entertained.
