When I plug the printer directly into the socket, the printer turns on automatically, the power button does not work because when I press it, the printer will not turn off. I am asking for help.
May be your waste ink pad counter is full once you have to reset waste ink pad and after that issue is not resolve then try update firmware if power button is not working this is 100% firmware issue...

Agar aapki decoder proper tareeke se ghoom Rahi hai to decoder ka issue nahi hota hai..on karne k baad agar head idhar udhar Jane ke baad flash karti hai to computer se print deke chack karo kya print nikal rha hai..agar print nikal rha hai to scanner ki cables chack karo.. scanner ki wajah se aata hai error...or agar on karte hi flash kar rahi hai..head idhar udhar move nahi kar rha hai to printer k waste pad counter reset karo..ye dono chheze chack karne ke baad mujhe batao
Tray ko Jo gear aage peeche karne ka kaam krte hai uspe silicon oil lagao...kuch sound Kam ho jayegi...pr 31 32 series me sound rahti hi hai poori tarah khatam nahi ho sakti...
