Two questions. 1. Do you need to order the physical cards separately. 2. The mobile key for the smartphones, is it part of the 2N app or do you need to purchase a licence separately?

You need to order the key fobs separately. Their keys are like $9 a pop. They mobile key requires an annual subscription per device.
