This Petros sounds very similar to my Alvarez DY62 Kazuo Yairi Signature acoustic. I know the Petros is a much better guitar and its stretch to compare them but they both have HUGE body and shimmering top end. I have played $5,000 plus guitars that dont have the body my Yairi has. That Petros sounds amazing. And I love your playing Maycn.
Very good. This is one of the few decently miked videos of yours I have seen. I finally see why you dig the Petros, Your playing and singing are consistently enjoyable and admirable (okay, there are a few pretty wobbly ones from when you were very young) but the audio in the vast majority of your videos does them a disservice. You preach the virtues of Petros guitars but we mostly can't hear that at this end. Please make an effort in any further videos posted here to use decent mikes placed properly. (Give a listen to demo videos from SoundPureStudios or eddiesguitarsstl.) And release about seventeen CDs asap...
The sound quality of Eddies guitars is terrible, the mics over emphasis the treble making the string more metallic than they are. SoundPureStudios often use a 10'000 dollars signal chains in quality studio rooms that over flatters the guitars making them more prestine than they really are... just my two cents...

I recorded this at school. There were two condenser mics. I believe the other thing in the shot is the end of the mic stand.
