Utterly horrible floor plans. I don't need a fake balcony. Please get me a real balcony. The children room is not a room. I call it a dissapointment. Priced way higher and for the price we are paying we get garbage. The model Flat is the biggest carpet area 3bhk they have and it is still small compared to my current Flat.
One of the worst Shobha project. Costing more than 1.4 Cr, not provided a bigger hall. Kitchen is small. Balconies are bigger than rooms. Also the kept hefty furniture in model appartment. Dont know who approve that. Not at all worth of money.
Never ever see these model apartments and decide.. that have best lawn / plantation/ views that u simply don't get.....apartment looks badly designed.. my guest room is bigger than master bedroom
