I am about ready to start working on the base for the sprint car and solving a problem that arose over the winter.🤣 I had a birch tree in my driveway leaning towards my powerline. every time it snowed, I would lose power. Remove the tree. Get heat from it. No more outages🤞make the base for the model. Winning🤣

Nice choice for the group build. The wing mounts are kinda fiddly.

Yeah, there are no “positive “ locators for mounting the frame together. I think all of the kits are the same way. At least the five that I’ve built so far. I haven’t built one of the Revell kits yet, but might switch out the current kit for the Revell. It has the modern frame design that I think would be better for the car I’m trying to replicate.
