    ARTICLE II BILL OF RIGHTS
Colo. Const. Art. II, Section 2 (2014)
Section 2. PEOPLE MAY ALTER OR ABOLISH FORM OF GOVERNMENT - PROVISO
The people of this state have the sole and exclusive right of governing themselves, as a free, sovereign and independent state; and to alter and abolish their constitution and form of government whenever they may deem it necessary to their safety and happiness, provided, such change be not repugnant to the constitution of the United States.

Yes, the government of Colorado is corrupt and needs to be replaced. Especially Jena Griswold, the Secretary of State, who is a criminal that facilitated and enabled election fraud and received her position through election fraud. Colorado law enforcement is also complicit. We know for a fact the election of 1904 in Colorado had massive election fraud, which is why there were 3 Governors within 24 hours. Obviously, nothing has changed since 1904 and now election fraud is just not being investigated and is being allowed to happen.

“Irk arounds for Tabor has been federal funding… that is the problem with the taxpayer bill of rights… and if we change how hard it is to amend the Colorado constitution, then we lose the ability to change Tabor.
