Great tour Jason and the office having huge glass windows on both sides was great feature. I'm a big fan of great outdoor spaces and views as well as indoor spaces and this penthouse had plenty of both. Great job and looking to see more.

Thank you for this great tour. This is a beautiful home. I love the kitchen and the total open area first floor here. The view from the terrace is just breath taking. I laughed when you gave us to look at a view!!! It is so nice!!!! Then upstairs to the second level is beautiful as well. See ing the square footage us nice. And the second level terrace is nice. This is fantastic, love the Ft Laud area..
Just a weird layout, the best terrace area is off the guest bedroom. . Also the kitchen is quite small , not much cabinets and I didn’t see a pantry..
The views are spectacular, can’t beat it

Beautiful Fort Lauderdale Penthouse, I like the dining room, I like the marble kitchen, I like the living room. The master bathroom is beautiful, I like the master bathroom. The terrasse is very big and the view is nice. Last the office with the right and left city view is fantastic. Cool Saturn symbol tattoo.

I have seen allot of your videos mostly Miami ones I normally don’t like anything you show not in the 5 to 8 million dollar area. But I could buy this place it is not bad at all it’s not flashy it’s just a great starter place if you wanted something you could drop into a few times a year. Nice job my friend 👍🏾
