Sunscreen is a very important step. It protects your face from the strong stage light instead of the makeup. I think every Shen Yun performer should better to apply it at every show.

Thank you guys for putting this video together, it's a lot of work. Last Sunday I went to see the show in Cedar Rapids Iowa, it was my first time. It was AWESOME, we loved the dances, the costumes, the stories and the dancers. Next time the show comes to Iowa, I'm going to see you guys. You guys and all dancers are such….hard workers. You can only sustain so long to work like this. Will need to replace with younger dancers to keep up the shows. It’s too intense and to keep it up in a long run. I’m sure it is the best experiences and great memories. Wish you all the best and Shen Yen too.
