- Ever since I built my rear bumper for my 4runner I've been thinking about what I would end up with for a front bumper. While I usually like to build my own things, life got in the way so I ended up buying a pre-built bumper. This is the second thing I've ordered from 4XInnovations (not sponsored) and I am very impressed with not only the build quality, but also the lead time and the price when compared to the competitors. I highly recommend.
Stick around and see what the bumper looks like raw and unfinished, how to wire in the lights, and what the finished product looks like.

Dude, I think you just saved me alot of headache and $400+. I was going to either go with the ARB bumper or a DIY kit from Coastal Offroad. I was looking at all of 4X Innovations offerings, and I am shocked by how good their prices are.
That's awesome! Good prices and some of the shortest leadtimes I found! Send it🤙
Awesome video. I just got a 99' 4runner last month. And was looking at 4xinnovations bumper. So, this is great info to know beforehand. Awesome 4runner!
Congrats on the new rig man, I'm sure you will love it. Lead time, price, and quality are all good reasons to snag a 4x bumper 🤙
Gonna order that same bumper. Link for the resistors? Rig looks great!
You won't be disappointed. Appreciate it and thanks for watching.

Is the weight a problem with stock front suspension?
I'd think stock front suspension could handle the weight, although it will likely sit a bit lower.
I would however recommend upgrading your suspension to accommodate, which is what I've done, I have a set of adjustable front coilovers.
So they already made ??
Yep bought it as a complete bumper, just had to have it powdercoated
@@TheOutboundLane reaaally I’m ordering one
You won't be disappointed
For the fog lights how many amp fuse did you use?
I believe I'm running these on a 10A fuse. But it all depends on your setup. Add total wattage of lights you're using and divide by your system voltage, that will give you your amps used. Then up that by about 125% and that's your fuse size
@@TheOutboundLane thanks! Also for the yellow fog lights did you get the spot beam or the combo beam pattern? I mostly want them for rain & fog.
I went with the spot beam pattern, and I've been pleased with them for on and offroad driving
Just got mine in today, did you have to cut the frame at all?
That's awesome! Nope, I have the later frame where it has the flat plates on the front frame rails. Bolted right up. If you have the earlier style frame with the rounded frame rail ends, you may have to get creative or contact 4X
