As well as that I used a obsolete modulator that came from a old video camera that was very small size , you should be able to source one from a recycle centre and a 12 volt to 5 volt small pcb also from AliExpress to power the decoder and the modulator Remove the case from the digital Decoder and fit the pcb into the space inside so that the display and the ir sensor are on the outside of the units case by removing a little bit of the units plastic
hello i have an issue in the tv with the same model the image so sharp but very saturated with red and blue color i try to tune it with color button but i cant get a normal color image please help me on this
Hey chief, i got literally the same unit. Perhaps don't you have a video of disassembly? Cause i want to clean mine properly, but avoid cracking joints or destroy chassis in general. Idk if it's complicated or not.. Thanks :)
Easy to dismantle just remove all visible screws on the out side and take the battery cover off and undo the screws inside then seperate the top from the rest by lifting up.
The TV have not CVBS input, digital DVB receiver must have a built-in UHF modulateur with CCIR or OIRT norm, or I modulator in England, or south Africa, or Australia. There is a switch for selecting sound norm. This set received all analog broadcasts and used by DX-TV fans, in VHF band I. The FC version was only used in France, however, in 1983, some CX 500 ME where in France, with additing L norm.
To get the TV to work now you will need a digital TV receiver and a modulator and tune the JVC TV to the modulated signal. I managed to fit these units inside the JVC TV as I was able to obtain very small units to fit in the available space. You would need to have some technical skills to be able to do the same but if you were to have larger units outside the case it would still enable you to watch programmes on your JVC TV.
