As asked in queries : cariogram has 5 sectors
It is a pie diagram
Green sector : estimation of actual chance to avoid caries
Dark blue is diet ( remember it as d ) - diet contents and frequency
Red is bacteria combination of amount of plaque and mutans streptococci
Light blue is susceptibility based on combination of flouride program , saliva secretion and salivary buffer capacity
Yellow sector is circumstances - combination of past caries experiences and related diseases
Chance to avoid caries is inversely proportional to caries risk
