All these crimes happen, because the US is not a democracy. 38 million Americans live in poverty today, while 8 of the 10 richest men in the world are US citizens. The world regards the US as the biggest threat to peace. How could a real democracy be a threat to peace? The US threatens peace and commits crimes because she is a plutocracy!

There were and still are a lot of Caribbeans in the Bronx so it wouldn't surprise me if some Puerto Ricans were instrumental in early hip hop, but I'm pretty sure the majority of pioneers were African American. Puerto Ricans invented salsa music
