One thing I've noticed is that a lot of people are stuck with the idea of V as super cool and pure-hearted, maybe he's kept it that way, but so far we've only seen V as a teenager, we don't know the man he's become after everything they've been through. In the flashbacks of them as teenagers, they all seem kinder, but apparently they've all changed as adults.
Rak's piece is important because it's not just Baam's freedom that's at stake, Khun and Rak also need to take their respective pieces to be free from Gustang
Theory that I kind of joked around with before: V the father, V the son, and V the holy spirit. V the father died, maybe. V the son is in the V-hole in Baam. V the holy spirit(maybe just V the father's soul after death) is Akryung.
For me, this explains a little why SIU put in some V flashbacks to compare and contrast with the entity here. Previously, I thought they were a little unnecessary and untrimmed fat in a plotline on Traumerei's past sins.
Still take care, ad dont overwork, if she concieved him not of revengfe probably, but she might went mad and the bringing baam back was definitly some unholy ritual. Maybe she brought back V too like lady stoneheart, as kind of a wrath?
Mind if I ask you why you seem convinced that Arlen thought of Bam as merely a tool for revenge? As far as I remember it was never that clear but maybe I missed something
It's from her diary, though it might not be the extent of her feelings: "Someday that God's power will enter this dead child's body and awaken him again. That child will open the door to this tower and return someday. He shall achieve vengeance for my love and finish the war which we started with his own hands. He shall destroy corrupt power and bring truth to the Tower. God's Messenger shall place the red thorn in that child's hands and that child shall use the Red Thorn to cut the throat of the greedy king and he shall find the Hidden Key, open the door and lead everyone on the Tower to greater heights."
@@Rayzaleth The thing is that in my opinion that can simply being interpreted as Arlen foretelling Bam's fate, not deciding it. Though I'm ESL so... lol
@no0o0o0o0o0o could be, though I still don’t really pick up any hard feelings from her tone about it. At the least, it seems she’s alright if Bam is fated by Outside god or destiny to “achieve vengeance for her love”.

I like Joe's idea that V is the Blue Thryssa all along.
I would like that in the sense that it's a bit of a bummer how quickly Baam is given things and then they don't seem important anymore.

Whoever that person is, he is very skilled at the very least since he neutralized Traumerei's attack.
