That's something japanese do sometimes. They write kanji but instead of using the normal reading they specifically mark you have to read it in a different way. That's because they want to point, or emphazise an important meaning, or two meanings at the same time. For example: in this song, we have 差別社会 (sabetsu shakai) which stands for discriminatory (or in this case, classist) society, but the lyrics say you have to read it as Dystopia to emphazise it indeeds is a dystopia not only for Moriarty but to the whole society too. Another example would be in the opening of No game no life, where we have the word 二人 which means two people (Sora and Shiro), but in the lyrics is read as 自分 (jibun) which means oneself, emphazising that Sora and Shiro are not two people, but one together.

My inner hater wants to be so nasty about the bad english accent which makes it incomprehensible. But my nice side shut the hater's down as this song is good and catchy, the singer's delivery is incredible. So let's just enjoy the music.
