Excellent video. I just hunted or harvested 5 lbs of the Golden Nugget of nature, the Chanterelle. I sauté and freeze them, already doing garlic, butter and herbs and spices, I did a mushroom Masala and now I'm doing this wonderful dish, but I might add, I'm going to slip in a little homemade pork sausage. Oh my goodness.

+Snigdha Rath If it is fried, then it would not take up the flavor from the gravy. You can season and fry the mushrooms and make it like a mushroom Manchurian and that will taste good. All the best!!

I follow all the ingredients but instead of 1 tomato, I add 2 tomatoes that were the only difference I did. I also watch your Madras Samayal channel and was not aware that this is your channel too. I prefer this channel because the ingredients are explained in English and it makes my life easy. I do speak Tamil but I struggled went it come to the ingredients. So smart of you to come out with this channel in the English version. Good luck and once again thank you so much. Keep on doing more videos, please. I'm your great fan.
