    Something I've noticed on a few of your videos: Why do you clip carabiners into the rap rings? Isn't that bad form? It causes scratches/burs to develop on the rings and can ruin other people's ropes. Just clip into the hanger, yeah?

      I doubt an aluminum carabiner is going to damage a steel ring. I clip them because they're more directional than a bolt, as long as the ring is in good shape.
