This is an intentional bug from Instagram that you will encounter an incorrect password error. It is not clear what policy is behind this case. But there is no way to recover the account because your phone number, email and username cannot be found on Instagram.

I had the same problem . First i tried it on moblie app. Later i tried to log in on chrome. So it worked. Better doing it. Hope it will solve your problem too.
