was feeling blocked inside and sick as I woke up in the morning today....crippled....drained out deflated tyre sort of....then I remembered this video....started watching it....unable to even concentrate properly on the words you said....but I kept an open mind....after a while as I listened about half way through.....things started to open up inside....I felt better able to move and energized....the sick feeling was gone the partly paralyzed and weak drained state was elevated to feeling good.....thank you Melanie thank you angels....gratitude from deep down under....
