It is refreshing to hear a child of God be so honest and forthcoming about both the good and (bad) in their life. I got home from work, built a fire and listened to this young woman. I am blessed by her words.
It’s really brave to put yourself out there. You mention about yoyo dieting. I feel an issue that some may overlook is carbs. Guilty myself of such at times. Much of the store breads or cereals aren’t healthy at all even if they say they are. It’s actually very unhealthy and adds calories fast. An impo. thing I learned is most breads have seed oils. Alcohol , sugar ,and drugs may last anywhere from a day to 21 days in your system. But seed oils can last up to 1-2 years. But another thing is drinks. They add calories so fast (soda,juice, and my personal demon lol.. frozen coffees) . A food journal could help. Godbless, you got this! Just look at the victories not the fails as much. And speak good to yourself. More I could/ want to say but this alrdy is long enough. Wishing you the best
