I had NO IDEA Ug died. I saw nothing about it until just now scrolling the comments. I randomly was thinking about him today and reminiscing on how likable that character was. His interactions and bickering with Budnick is a big, big part of why that show was so successful. They had that chemistry like Al Bundy and Marcy Darcy of being the perfect rivals for each other. and the romance arc Ug had with the mail lady was incredible. never went to a summer camp growing up but I had teachers and later military instructors some that I never forgot because they left a big impression on me and had that relatable, tough but quirky presence like Ug had. RIP to this legend.
This show and MTVs springbreak brings back so many memories of sitting on my top bunk and eating pizza...kids today well never know the joy of the 90s greatness but simplicity..Hats off to you guys

She was a crush during my childhood and she's a major hottie to this day! Danny Cooksey was awesome in Terminator 2 too! Don't mess with Budnick or he will give you a awful waffle!!
Just watching the 1st little trivia portion and seeing them there laughing and having a good time just makes me feel good. Loved all of them on the show, even when Budnick and Donkey Lips were the bullies at times.
I was 5 when this show aired and I remember being scared thinking Awful Waffels were the norm for nerdy kids and I would get one when I got a little older

To Michael Bower: I was a trivia game show host for a few years and play in the world’s largest trivia contest I’d be happy to write a contest and try to pull Nickelodeon show music just to hang out with the folks that I grew up with virtually.
BIG part of my childhood back in 1991-1992. Venus, Megan and Heidi (even though she wasn't here) are even more gorgeous now than they were back then. Was very sad to see that Kirk "Ug" Bailey had passed.
Did anyone ask about a DVD release of the show? I bought one from MRB on Myspace a long time ago and it had 1 episode twice, so I'm missing that one. ha.
