The game's trying to emulate that Source engine feel. As far as I know, it actually uses Unreal, but the sounds, physics, easter eggs, and the serene yet unnerving atmosphere are all meant to be reminiscent of Half Life 2/Gmod.

The End is Near signal is the only thing in the game that is legitimately dangerous. If you dont delete it, something terrible will become of you, ending the game.
There are several other things involving the woodchipper, microwave, lighter, Ariral dolls, mannequins, Rufus, the sun, going out of bounds too long, killer whisps, & more that will end your game.

If you send this file you still get the "GOOD" email, you don't die and then get a rather disappointing email from the research team telling you to stop joking around.

Last night I was playing and I encountered a weird alien/skeleton dog, it was an entity on the radar but there is no information on it anywhere. I got a clip of it but I will upload a video on it later if I can discover it again. I can say that it DOES attack the player! It isn't like the Anti-breather we encountered before with sharp limbs where they just knock us down if we accidentally get in it's path. What I found about the creature is that if you get in line of sight it will start to hunt down the player/give chase and proceed to knock you down if you have the experimental player damage off. Idk if they updated the anti-breather out or if I just discovered something new

You can find bullets inside one of the crates in the base too (can't remember which one). Pretty sure they're not shotgun shells.
