Yes, her maxilla still looks recessed and jaw too far forward. The best would be double jaw surgery, to advance her mid face and bring the mandible back a little bit.
Agreed. It doesn't look like this was an ideal case for a nonsurgical treatment. I think there is a good chance that her underbite condition will come back later. She would've looked better if double jaw surgery had been in her treatment plan.
