  • Our industry seems have an obsession with wobbly toys and unstable surfaces. These tools can offer some degree of benefit towards certain goals, however merely stepping on an unstable surface and trying to "balance" isn't usually the best starting place. Proper progression is important here, just as it is in all other exercise.

      Damn it, I really got my NASM-CPT, the lucky thing is I didn't use NASM's way to train my client, they have a lot of unstable surface training. But what I have read from some research is UST is inefficient.

      It costs my 7800RMB (Over 1000 US dollars) for 3 days training and an exam.
