    I love Gimbap. So I made Gimbap today.
    It’s a Gimbap that you can eat like a salad with chicken breast and various vegetables
    Instead of boiling chicken breast, it is also delicious with chicken breast sausage.
    Since there is no rice, you can make it in advance and put it in the refrigerator to eat.
    Before I even eat a row, my stomach is full and my satiety lasts a long time.
    I don't think of snacking.^^
    ✤ Ingredients (for 2 people)
    -1 chicken breast
    -4 eggs (2 pinches of salt)
    -1 cucumber
    -Paprika (yellow, red)
    - carrot
    -Cheese 2
    -Crab meat 3
    -Dried seaweed 2
    ✤ When the chicken breast is boiled
    -1 laurel leaf
    -Whole pepper, black pepper
    -Cooking alcohol
    ✤ Yogurt sauce (rice spoon and chicken)
    -85g plain yogurt
    -Lemon juice 1
    -Honey 1 (optional)

    방금 만들어 먹었는데 진짜 맛있었어요!! 밥 없는 김밥이라는게 믿기지 않을 정도로 맛있었구 파는 김밥보다 훨씬 상콤하고 맛있네요 레시피 감사합니다

    저 어제 만들어서 점심 도시락으로 먹었어요 잘 못말아서 비록 다 터져서 숟갈로 떠먹었지만 그래도 진짜 맛있어요. 앞으로 2주동안 점심으로 먹을건데 충분히 먹을 수 있는 맛이예요~

    Looks like a great hot weather meal. I haven't tried gimbap yet, but it looks more appealing than sushi with a better filling/rice mix

    cauliflower rice is a great replacement for actual rice. I use it all the time. Sometimes I'll mix just a little bit of brown rice to give it a more interesting texture.

    저는 지단을 너무 두껍게 썰고 상추고 안깔고 칼이 잘 안들어서 실패하긴했는데
    모양은 실패했어도 건강하고 아주 상큼하고 맛있는 김밥 만들어 먹었습니다 ㅎㅎ

      It's not sushi. It's gimbap which is korean.
      Sushi is japanese. It might look similar but clearly different :)

    I love this! I prefer rice, but you do save calories and add lean protein with all those eggs. I'd probably trade the cheese for some lite mayo. What a fabulous and convenient way to eat a salad. Thanks for sharing!

      닭슴살만 빼고 먹어도 맛있어요~~

    음~ 오늘도 김밥순이 님께서~ 비쥬얼 오지는 김밥을 들고 오셨군요!! 닭가슴살을 월계수 잎으로 데쳐서 진짜 비린내 1도~없겠구만용~ 와.. 첫란은 왕란이네요 ㅎㅎ 다른 애들보다 너무 비교 되는데요.ㅎㅎ 다른 노른자 세녀석보다! 두배는 큰듯~ 밥을 넣고 싶은 충동을 잘 참으셔서~ 노오란 계란 지단이 김밥안에서 지대로 이쁘게 자리 잡았네용^^~ 밥 안넣고 마시길 잘하신듯~ 치즈로 끝단을 접촉 시키다니....이건 처음 보는 방법! 맨날 물 뭍여서 쭈글꾸글 했었는데 치즈 접착제!! 킵킵킵! 서론이 너무 길었네요.. 결론은.. 김봡이!! 너무 이쁘게 썽그러 졌음!! 굿굿굿!! 토끼야!! 와서 한입 해라!!^^~
