It's a old system that TH-cam use to have for a special kind of Playlist called "Shows". It required to write down the age rating before the video can be added to these Shows playlist. TH-cam eventually removed Shows. It's not accessible anymore and setting can't be change either. Yet they left the rating untouched.
I bet the game is "Barely" programmed, if you can see closy at 6:01 the background didint keep up with the characters, also the background maybe is like on a "Video" format? If you know what im saying

It probability wasn't easy pre-rendering those scenes though, along with keeping the camera sync with the characters' movement.
The background Is a set of videos prerendered, only the characters, and some objects, (lime the capsule at the end) are 3d.

Ulala makes her moves faster in part 2, in part 1 you have to press the buttons much calmer, guiding yourself by the sounds instead of the visuals
In part 2 she says the comand and she moves at the same time, in part 1 she first says it and then move, specially when shooting battles
