The image on the single cover art is of serotonin, or 'Sera' as referred to in the song. From WikiPedia, "Serotonin or 5-hydroxytryptamine is a monoamine neurotransmitter. It has a popular image as a contributor to feelings of well-being and happiness."
The song is generally about loss and grief, and trying to use drugs (molly, cocaine, etc) to get back 'Sera', the personification of happiness, because of the pain the artist is in. Once the drugs give you that temporary feeling of happiness, Sera is with you, briefly. But, she comes and she goes, just as quick as you find her, she's left again. Even the song's structure reflects this fleeting happiness. You have these sad, melancholic verses, the buildup, the break, and then the sadness again. The song ends with these sad piano notes fading out: happiness wasn't grasped at all, Sera has truly left you.
