It really depends which cultivar you plant, some are taller than others

I have some annual phlox, is there a way I can propagate them to bring them back next year. I thought about taking root cuttings. Thank you.
i believe you take divide it up and store it in a basement/garage through the winter
Do they come in many colors?
yes they do! you can find them in white, pinks, purples, and sometimes reds!
