    Is it really 8k per sft worth to buy andi ? Apart from aparna brand value, is tellapur have that much price at present ? Hope you have a better idea in realestante than common man point of view.

      Under 6k is reasonable they didn’t even launched it May take 5-8 yrs to complete

      yes agree, too much hype. because of this even small builders also quoting 6500 plus even in miyapur

      Problem is that people who have money like NRIs are spending like crazy. Hence prices have increased and it is affecting common man.

    only for those black money, easy money , illegal money surplus money and do not to do with excess money , 41 floors what will be the monthly maintenance cost, and its escalation over next 30 yrs of course lot of such filthy rich in HYderabad

    People who have surplus money and dont know what to do will only purchase here, like NRI's who are earning easy money - around 10 lakhs per month only will invest here, common man who works in india cannot afford to these unwanted hyped prices

    7999 huge in Tellapur. Why not invest kondapur in the same price range.

    Mam, your price is very high, ( I found with someone 100% payment tho 5499/- they are telling, 50% payment 5899/- and 6699/- 20% payment. There is negotiations will be there again. And your price is straight away 7999/-. ) Don't keep that much big margins. Thanks
