Just purchased and assembled this table and here are the sizes of sockets/wrenches you need. The instructions say 5/16" and 1/4 inch but that is incorrect. The bolt heads are 16 mm; 14 mm and 10 mm and the nuts are 17 mm; 13 mm and 10 mm. Also note that for the small rubber spacers, there are two sizes packed in one compartment of the parts sheet. Take them all out and divide them into the two groups so you use the right ones on the different diameter bolts. (And not cuss at the bad quality of parts, drill out the smaller ones to the correct size and then a few minutes later realize there were more large ones in that compartment...not that I did that of course)
was going to buy this, not anymore, thanks to the helpful comments, and noticing the legs are still out even fully folded, also the table is not even, even in the video.
At 6:16 notice how they changed perspectives because they had to adjust the black pipe because apparently prince is too lazy to make sure the black pipe doesn’t move at all
Has anyone else ran into issues with the 4 black screws being too small for the pre-drilled holes on the Black Strut Tubes? I've contacted every medium Dick's customer support offers and their only solution is 'return it for a refund'. I'm tempted to go get some larger screws but worried it will void the warranty.
Nothing yet. Just put together the table without them and it seems fine. The other bars kind of prevent the black bars from moving. Dick’s Sporting Goods customer service has been nothing short of awful
Yea, I actually contacted Prince and they said that Dick’s manufactured and sells the table (I guess they just purchased the branding rights from Prince). They gave me the corporate customer service info - How You Can Get Service Please direct all warranty service inquiries as follows: If by telephone, call: 1-866-677-4771 If by e-mail, to: customer.service@dcsg.com If in writing, mail to: Dick’s Sporting Goods, Inc. 345 Court St. Coraopolis, PA 15108 Attn: Customer Service
Two Issues: 1. The four "H-16" screws to attach the "Black Tubings" are too small. Today Dick's Customer Service ordered "new screws". I need LARGER Screws! 2. The two halves are about 1/2 inch uneven. Dick's Customer service has no answers. Anyone able to help?
Has anybody noticed that the two table halves do not match up level with each other at their junction, where the net runs? One is about 1/8 of an inch higher than the other. I think that should be a problem when playing. I wonder if that is just because the girl did it wrong or if this is a flaw on this table?
Does anyone know if you can buy replacement parts for the table cause im not trying to have to buy a whole new table. I need the v hinge that connects to the p5 black strut tubes Please link any website that could have some please and thank you!
The V-shaped arms installed on one of the tables is wrong. They installed two left arms on the one part of the table :( Now I have to rent a truck to return the crap back to dicks.
Uggg...Tried following all steps several times. When I open mine up 'for game play' it's uneven and has a large gap. Seems like the black support poles are bent...odd they are the exact same. Customer support won't call me back...says they will but they never do. Gotta be a way to 'adjust' it?

You’re a life saver
The real MVP
You are right, manual has incorrect Tool dimensions
This is so frustrating - I went to the store bought these then realized this
This video is too fast and does not provide close-ups to be helpful.
FYI if you click the button at top of video you can lower the playback video setting to make it slower :)
Is there a link to the assembly instruction manual?

For someone who’s competent- this works. Dont be afraid of the clowns.
And I can’t build anything. I just took it slowly and followed directions. Who’d have thunk it!?!

Went to Lowe’s. 6x1/2 stainless steel sheet metal screws did the trick.
Yes. Same issue with me. The four "H-16" screws are too small. Today Dick's Customer Service ordered "new screws". I need LARGER Screws!

Hey Hannah - Can you please DM us with the exact part number that you need, and a mailing address to have the parts request sent to?

I have the same problem here, they are not level up in the middle, one about 2inches lower😪
Why everything is so loose? Does not look secure at all!
did you find a fix to this?
Just tighten everything using a couple of wrenches.
@@flamepanther1977 aright, thanks for the help!
You switch sides from right to left on 8:23-8:26
Complete garbage instruction manual...
Why can't you just provide an instruction manual? This video is just moving too fast and it's not helpful at all
Children pets
This is a horrible video 😂
