I remember watching Rashomon at Mandala theaters. I have watched so many plays in Nepal since the old gurukul days but I still regard Bipin Karki's powerhouse of a performance in Rashomon to be among the best I have seen. When he appeared on stage out of the dark, thumping and cursing, you would literally get goosebumps. No wonder he talks so highly about the act and his performance. It was exactly like he described in the podcast, like some external force would take hold of him. Great actor!! I am in no position to offer him any suggestion but being an admirer of his work, the only feedback I would probably have for him would be making himself a little more audible while doing drunk scenes on screen. I have had a hard time understanding his dialogues while he does those drunk scenes, be it in Prasad or Selfie King. Great podcast again. At 1:27:00, it was amazing to see Bipin switch from talking casually on a podcast to that "O jaaun..". Props to Sisan for getting him talk so candidly. Congratulations to the whole paradygm team!!!

There is a Casting agency called Pukar Casting founded by Casting Director Pukar Bhandari. He has worked in Many notable Hollywood, Bollywood and other international projects. I met him once in Mumbai and he happened to take my audition. Later on i came to know that he is Nepali & he is well known figure in international film fraternity.
Sisan you succeed to take this man's heart out. Bipin is reserve as hell in any interviews you choose but this time around the case is opposite. Fan of Bipin as an actor !
