I spent the winter (when I wasn't sick the vi-rus) clearing out underbrush on about 2 acres of our 7 and I have growing food there now for the past few months successfully. Congratulations! I was watching some of your videos where you grind grains or are storing grains. I've been wondering Corn meal versus corn flour. Is corn flour ground more finely? How do you know which level you grind to? I've always bought whichever I needed for a recipe, but have been thinking that corn grows easy for us and wondering if any corn could be used for this even our favorite sweetcorn that we use for corn on the cob. we make a lot of corn bread so the recipes usually call for corn meal.
