Self compassion journal it’s such a great, warm technique to remind yourself to be kind with yourself. I love it! Also, It’s definitely important to keep track of how much time we spend on our phones. It’s not only social media, it’s watching Netflix and playing games etc. From a self love content creator to another- Awesome video Muchelle 💗 Missed your videos!
D.E.Y.A yesss!!! I started a “thank you for yesterday self” and it’s like a bunch of daily little thank yous I write to myself of any literal little things I did the day before it’s really nice to look back on
So glad to re-watch this! I'm coming out of a slow, grace-filled and self-loving practiced year in my world has been turned upside-down and I'm starting over. I know in my heart of hearts that it's time to start moving forward with a bit more action and this video gave me a little boost of motivation; like you gave me permission to take the time I need to organize, plan and look ahead so that I can figure out the next best step. Thank you, Michelle!
I enjoyed these tips :) One thing I like doing is using a distraction list, which I found out about from a Financial Diet video. You keep a list of all the things you are tempted to do when you're working, that don't actually relate to work. I find that I can focus better after a thought pops up if I write it down, because I know that I won't forget about it and can come back to it later, once I have finished what I am working on.
Having a positive self-talk and not beating yourself up when things don't go your way, a self-compassion journal is a great idea ♡ *look at others for inspiration but never to put yourself down* do things because you LOVE to do them, finding purpose and your WHY *live intentionally and purposely*

this is such a fresh stand out vid! love the new title cards, change of filming location and the angles of the b-roll film! it’s eye catching 😍 2:37 seeing how passionate and committed you are to reducing screen time has helped me make some major changes. Now I keep all my social media apps in a folder labelled “reduce time” and it’s on the last page of my phone. Not seeing the notifications and having to scroll further makes me click on the app less and having a prompt has made me more conscious of my activity 🎉 thanks a bunch, much love 🥰
The automations app method would probably disturb someone else from their productivity as it’s a distraction, maybe it’s best just to set a limit for social media in your phone settings
These tips are great as usual, I especially needed to hear the limit your planning one. Planners are my favorite but at some point I do need to take action.
With back-to-school season coming up for me I find videos like this very valuable to put me in a productive mindset! I especially liked the deadline idea after trying out apps/planner systems :)

Hi, I love your videos & I’ve been watching them for a long time & I’ve learnt so much from you! However I do have some feedback: I prefer your videos where you focus on one topic rather than videos like these where you briefly talk about 20 different things. After the first 5 or so things, I tend to get a little lost. With your videos that deal with tips regarding one particular topic, such as your video on how to declutter your phone, it’s easy to comprehend all your tips & implement them. Just a thought :) Lots of love xx
Hey gal - I actually completely get this, these videos are more 'pull-in' videos with a big ol' summary of a bunch of tips. They tend to get a lot more clicks that my in-depth videos, leading to more subscribers and more views over time. I'm focusing on growth on TH-cam this year, so I'm trying to sprinkle more of these types of videos in - not too frequently! - some people love 'em some people hate 'em. I definitely will keep on doing in-depth videos on specific topics :) xoxo

It's so easy to forget about the time when you're enjoying your evening at home. My lights turning off is a great cue for me to make my way to bed.
