Just keep in mind that most Blackstone purchasers are NOT teenage Hollywood worshipping robots.
You can totally do that. I go back and forth on my preference. The blender version is smooth and rich while the hand chopped method gives a better mouth feel and appearance. Both are awesome
Nate those Quesadillas looked delicious. I've never cooked skirt steak before. Hoping to find some at my local market and do the tacos CJ made a while back that he stole from Sam 😜🤣😂😅
I have been making similar quesadillas with chicken for years. I'll have to try it with the skirt steak. Looks amazing!
