we believe in ALLAH , He s.w.t. punishes us if disobey Him , e.g.if someone is wronging ppl he shall be punished, but if he repent sincerely and mend his ways then He s.w.t will cover him with his mercy. Like wise if we do good, ALLAH appreciates and rewards the good doer.
where as karma is like what goes around come around , we as muslims believe in ALLAH, we fear Him, we pray to Him, so we refrain from doing bad just for His sake , and we should do good just or His sake.
