Being realistic alcohol is the worst drug since it’s so commonly available and also cheap compared to an illegal drug, so just judging by the amount of people that use it which makes it probably the worst especially if its abused
I've been I Addictated 2 heroin meth pills alcohol and I have to say alcohol was by far the worst for me it ravaged my body so bad and I had seizures and my hair was falling out and I gained weight from it it was awful I was gonna be dead in a year if I didn't quit drinking alcohol is by far the worst drug I think then the heroin and meth combined honestly
As a Prince in old Germany once said....coffee is illegal ..just drink a pint of beer now and again........and the nosy self perpetuating noises we get from self important women.....down to coffee etc. Fock that!!!!
There is no worst drug. It’s completely subjective, what’s lethal for one, is far from harmful for some. Let me save everyone the trouble. Why this was recommended to me I don’t know. Then again do any of us🤔

You can die from withdrawl from them. I hope you did not try to do it yourself as they need to withdraw you very slowly and can take up to a year
