Starting Some Hot Pepper Seeds Indoors

Today I’m starting some hot pepper seeds indoors because we’re about at that time. I don’t really need all that many hot pepper plants, but I do use them in various regular recipes so they’re handy to grow. I’m so excited that the gardening season has begun in the tiny house! Starting some hot pepper seeds indoors will allow the plants enough time in our short growing season to actually produce some hot peppers since we are not a tropical climate by any means. Of course, we need jalapenos for fire cider, but I’m also trying my hand at a super-hot Carolina Reaper . . . Mitch is crazy over them.
