Watched all 3 of your walkaround videos. Planning to get an NC3 with the retractable roof in a couple of years as my retirement present and will definitely use some of your ideas, especially the front grill and splitter. But instead of modding it for the track, I'll be going the opposite route in which I plan to have a 2" - 2.5" lift kit installed and slapping on some 225/65 All-terrain rubber mounted on 15" rims. More for gravel driving since there's quite a lot of dirt roads at my side of the globe. Don't care too much on handling since I'll be too old to drive fast. As you've mentioned a coupla times in your videos: "to each, his own". Looking forward to more uploads from you.
That's awesome and glad to hear. Unfortunately the car has been sold and went to a great person who is still treating it great. I think your idea is fantastic and I'm pleased to know you will be using some of my ideas. I have a friend that has a lifted NA that he has a ball in. Good luck on your build. 👍
@@charlesrodriguez6166 Thanks. Glad I came across your videos as your mods on the car are practical and looks great. What's even better is that you did all that while keeping the costs low, which is what I need to do since sports cars are expensive here, even for an older model.
great video, absolutely love your car best modded miata I've seen. got me dreaming of making my own. how does car handle with the upgraded wide wheels? can u do a cockpit video whilst driving? pls
@@charlesrodriguez6166 Seeing your Miata makes me want one. Love what you did with it. The first walk around was good but this is just phenomenal. You took it up two notches. The color combo is fantastic and you cleaned up the side skirts and the front, makes it look soooo much better. Keep doing your thing!
2.5 Swap will change the car into a reliable track weapon. Cheap easy swap fab9 tune and exhaust cam is the way to go. Get a ride along in someone's swapped car you'll probably love it.
Hey there man, I noticed you stripped the back and put kilmat. I just stripped my Miata too but I wanna know if you put the kilmat over the exposed wires, thank you
for my taste: i see you fixed the front lights much better now the yellow only in circles/ dots, looks sick, tasteful, body upgrades look nice, the gills also, but you fucked up the rims and tires. Lookwise major downgrade for me The rims from part 1 were perfect spoke design wise. also the new wing ...i kinda miss the old school wing. It looks like it needs something, or something is missing. It's really hard to hit the nail on the head with size ratios. The chocolate seats were Godlike, better than these, the kilmat doesn't look good colorwise too much, but experimenting teaches us best. The 612 doesn't really add anything, i liked it clean. The inside was a 10*+ now is a 1 considering everything. But the front is real nice now. The back lights so much better now. I know how it is, when a man is too obsessed sometimes can't see when you make it worse, but you gotta step back, view it with a clear head from a distance sometimes.
That's cool. Not for everyone. The factory NC seats are very uncomfortable and the car was done for track. The wheels yes I loved them but was just too much black for me. I got tired of it. But I respect your input.
I've never been the biggest fan of the NC, but I gotta say this is tight AF.
I had an NC got totalled, looking at yours makes me want to get another one. I recently got an FD.

Hey man. Yes I did. Never had a problem with it myself. Too much work to go under all the wires. Car was sold a little while ago also. Good luck.
Nice mods!
Thank you!
would u consider owning an ND?
Don't know. Never drove one.
Part 4 needs a sound-off and ride-along with an external mic. (do some research to get good exhaust sound with an external mic beforehand)
Agreed....probably going to do a small video with my buddy who is great at it. Thanks
