Lovely stamps and card. An alernate technique: You can die cut your embellished paper with the same dies, cut off the borders and collage them on the bases. Now any papers you have can become faux postage. Much faster too!
Ooh! That’s a cool idea. Thanks for sharing. x
I could watch your process videos all day! Beautiful end results but you break things down into bite size techniques so that I can try to achieve similar results! Thank you😊
Thank you so much!
Smooshing is so effective. It is such a versatile technique. Lovely cards. Thank you for using what you have.
My pleasure! x
Great vid and cards made Natalie! You reminded me that I do have nested postage die cuts and I don’t need to purchase WF Postage set! Thank you!! 🙏🏾 🎉❤😂
Great! Thank you! ❤️
I have recently discovered your videos and I love you simple card making and the calm and thoughtful tone of your videos. I find your videos to be very creative and I enjoy the projects you make, though I have been crafting for years now. I especially enjoy the background music you use.
Thank you so much! That's so encouraging to read. Glad you like the videos. x
Love these. It’s so nice not to have a “get the next thing on the market” feeling as I watch your channel! Lovely card. Lovely ideas!
Thanks so much, Robin! 😊 It’s so easy to fall into that trap isn’t it?
Just love your cards!! Natalie you are a wonderful teacher!! Thanks so much!!
Thank you so much!
Brilliant tip re using a hairdryer to prevent the low tape tape from sticking too much- that has happened so many times to me!!!
My pleasure. Thanks for watching! ❤️🙏
Since I started card making, I have saved all my snail mail stamps that are interesting ones, unlike the American flag forever stamp although I would probably use that ax well. I have a nice collection now that I can use when I want to. Also have stamps of the different stamps like the post office uses and I have a rectangle die with spaces to make about 5-7 stamps with the stamp type edges. I haven't made a stamp card yet, but I am prepared for when I get inspired. Thanks for the ideas.
Great! I used christmas postage stamps on Christmas cards a couple of years ago.
I’m so impressed! You’re very talented.
Thank you so much!
Another gorgeous card! I notice none of your cards are the regular size Natalie. I'm going to find out if we pay more for these larger sizes here in New Zealand, they're making it expensive already to post a normal size card. Everything is goi g to have to be couriered instead soon, which is a shame!
Card blanks in the UK are 5x7, 6x6 and 4x6. All my cards, even A5 ones (6x8.5 inches), go as regular letters here, unless they are over 5mm thick. x
You have immense patience!! (Masking off all those edges...😵)
So many options for this design (e.g., squares or rectangles, circles or hearts of varying sizes). Thank you for the inspiration, as always, Natalie! 😊
Thanks, Marguerite! Yes, you could do this with any repeating shape. x
Another beauty…I just made my smoosher and looking forward to doing some smooshing very soon. I was happy to see that this technique works beautifully with dye inks. Thank you for sharing
You are so welcome! Thanks for watching, Rosy! x
Definitely have to give this a try!
Hope you enjoy it!
Pinking shears would give the scalloped edges or maybe the fancy edged scissors, if you don't have postage stamp dies
That's a great idea. Thanks for sharing, Yvonne! x
I made a smoosher with your instructions. I like it so much compared to smooshing on my glass mat! Thanks for the inspiration. All your cards are beautiful!
That's great, Joan! Glad you've found a method that works for you. Thanks for watching. x
Great video, thank you 😊
They are both beautiful cards. I haven’t seen this new craze, and I hadn’t seen the hearts either. I’m curious now. I’ll have to hunt for them 😂
Thanks, Sharon!
Lovely technique and great ideas for the cards, another successfull video, thank you take care.
Thanks so much!
I like the smooshed card too
Thanks, Linda! x
Brilliant yet again - thank you - can you recommend a mixed media paper or an on Amazon would be ok????
I use Daler Rowney Optima mixed media paper, but try whatever is readily available and affordable for you. X

Another beauty Natalie. I've been smooshing everything in sight. LOL Having so much fun. Thank you.
That’s fantastic! Glad you’re having fun. Thanks for watching, Jan! x
I definitely think the smooshing background looks much better than the blending! I love your card design. I can see doing this with other sets of stamps like flowers, critters, etc.
Thanks, MJ! Yes, you could stamp all sorts of things on the postage stamp. x
