- So here's a short clip of the whole journey till now... I know it's not the perfect step by step build but I've tried to mention all the important aspects one needs to focus while building their own ev... anyways I hope you enjoy the video... in the next part I'll finalise my beast with some heavy upgrades and some sick accessories like the vizer mud guard some sensors and microprocessors for a bit of smartness for the dumb Hulk and lots you know if you see the video... as a project you might think it's too early to upload an video before doing many frame work and small upgrades but since I alone have to do everything it's a bit difficult for me without having any job it's really difficult to raise fund for such a project still whatever you see till now it's the result of my hardwork throughout the lockdown making and selling wooden Bluetooth speaker and home theaters repairing old home theatre and headphones... anyways enjoy...
PARTS LIST
Bike - scrap LML adreno full bike without engine gearbox - 5000rs
Motor - CY eco 900 watts nominal peak 2.4 kilowatt 48 volt bldc motor - 3500rs
Controller - CY 1800 watt - 2500rs
Batteries - 90pcs 32700 FBtech Lithium phosphate 6000mh - 18000rs
BMS - dongguan lifepo4 15s 49.95volt - 4000rs
Nickel strip - 500rs
Mono shox - 500rs
chain sprocket kit - 47 teeth (better if atleast used with 52 gear ratio then would atleast be 1:4 with a 13 teeth in the front which means much higher torque) - 1500rs
mechanical workshop expenses in total - ~1000rs
60 volt 40amp charger - 2000rs
TOTAL estimated cost (till now still a lot to deal with) - 38000rs - 40000rs

Thank you so much... The ideal ratio for this motor I used is 1:5 but since I'm making a single rider street fighter i compromised some torque to get speed I tried various sprocket staring from a gear ratio of 1: 3.2 to 1:4.7 and now I'm currently using a ratio of 1:4

@@sumeeths8423 yes but having the inbuilt charger is more useful for me i can travel long distance and use the charger I just have to plug in the cables to ac plug... As simple as that

It reaches a speed of above 60kmph in case of mid drive it depends on the gear ratio you'll use

With 1:5 ratio about 65kmph

Roughly atleast 80kmph with the current gear ratio
I have done ebike same as this but I used 48volt 800w motor and 48volt 36ah lithium phosphate battery, but the battery goes off when I give full throttle
