That is Downey mildew on the squash leaves! You need to remove damaged leaves and throw in trash not compost. You can help control it by mixing a 32 oz bottle of peroxide in a gallon of water and spray on the leaves (top & bottom) whether damaged or not. It spreads spores through the air and by touch to other plants such as cucumbers and melons.
