After doing the original 10-12 min game of the same name. They wanted to make a bigger version of the game that was to be longer. But the kick starter didn't meet its goal. (Sadly). But instead of what most would do and give up. They went ahead and made the game anyways. So just imagine what it would be like had it succeeded instead.

His enigmatic mind gives life to such deep and emotionally impactful characters, such as the large lazy cat that gets a horrid awakening when its slumber (which represents its contentment in life) is disrupted by a catastrophic event (represented by the water bucket), which forces it to move and become more active. It's a beautiful character arc, and one that I'd love to see fleshed out more in perhaps an expansion or third entry to the series. Also, the game design with the cat chasing the fish is such a fantastic metaphor for the lengths to which humankind will go, chasing the allure of gratification (represented by the fish). Moreover, it's from a non-human perspective, and as such, carries much less of our own biases and provides a much fresher take on the genre. All in all, the other creators are borderline uninspired in comparison to the cat, and I'd love to see more work from him in the future. Hollywood really needs to recognise talent like his when it's so evident.

It seems like no one's mentioning the graphical bug you had during GiGi's song. Those large white squares that appeared during the chorus were supposed to be the words that were important to the puzzle, but it looks like, for some reason, they ended up so unreasonably huge that they no longer looked like letters anymore unless you know what to look for

I thing it safe to say that this is the deepest form of meta in gaming with all respect to the sanly parable, the beginner's guide, pony island, the hex.
I really like this game, 4 hours flies by and I could watch 4 more. I haven't watched it in ages but if anyone hesitates because of the length I highly recommend giving it a chance. :)

The soundtrack ESPECIALLY GiGi's song and "Game/No Game's" funky beats is so fucking good I'd put that up there with Portals end song "Still Alive"! This is genuinely one of my favorites and that's saying something being that my all time favorite game is over 20 years old! The gameplay was amazing and the constant nods to everything from Minecraft, Superhot, Papers Please, Sherlock even the damn Wilhelm scream for goodness sakes!
