I absolutely love how you use the iPad, and it's features to the MAX (no pun intended) so many people (myself included up to this point) buy these expensive tools with the best of intentions, but never use them to their full potential. Thank you for showing us how you do this! I'd love to see a checklist of all the things to do so I don't miss a step!!

whenever i turn off the focus to go back to my original background, the focus background keeps there and doesn't change back to original. anyone know why is this? :(
It is because the action is only one way. You’ve told the phone to change the wallpaper when you press a button but there is no action set to change it back. You have to run another shortcut, from the same button but with ‘when turning off’ selected. Just know that it will only switch between those two images unless you change the shortcut. You will not be able to go back to an original wallpaper with this technique. I hope this helps ☺️
Gör evere focus mode I have I crested another personal automation. I basically did the same thing the video owner did but only for when I’m closing the focus mode . Created a new album and named it home page and created automations for when closing the focus mode and chose that home page wallpaper 😊
I think there’s something wrong with mine and how it works. Whenever I change the focus, the widgets from the previous focus stay there and the wallpaper changes. Does anybody know why?
This is an amazing video, thank you so much!!! I just have one question - how do you create Home Pages for custom focus modes? I'm not getting the option to create a new one, just to choose my existing home page
@@ummtulipand what about the dock? My dock is doesnt change in different focus modes If im removing an app it removes from non focus mode too can you help
i did this with my own photos and when the shortcut sets the wallpapers it sets them really zoomed in, instead of fitting the whole photo to the screen. when i go to set the wallpaper manually, the picture fits perfectly, and also in the shortcuts i made sure perspective zoom wasn't turned on. did you have this problem?
Yup same problem and it sucks. I can’t figure out like a good way around it. Someone suggested creating an empty canvas and then adding a mini version of your wallpaper to it so that when it zooms in,you’ll get the full picture but it just ruins the quality.
@zoeybee @Shaz-oo8lq I had the same issue and found the solution. In this video, she turned off Show Preview when creating the shortcut, but if you keep it on you can set the wallpaper to your liking just like you normally would when changing the wallpaper in Settings.

Argh I stuck on automatic changing homescreen for each focus modes. The picture for Homescreen is enlarged twice, after focus mode starts. Even the step by step instructions don't work for me.
Yaasss it looks sooo good! Definitely inspired me to rework what I have going on with my iPad, so thank you for the fresh ideas. The backgrounds and really lovely looking. :) My favorite part though what I will be stealing is the affirmations. 🫶

@@tozland no I mean like my wallpaper doesn’t even change at all it stays the same

Just make a new page, hide it, go to focus and choose that page
