I've missed your unboxing videos! I left BAM around February. They had he worst customer service and their shipping continued to have problems. I waited two months past the promised delivery on an ultra box and when I emailed a complaint they completely blocked me on their group and Facebook page. With service like that it's no wonder they are going under. Zobie is fantastic and I've been super happy with them since I switched.
