Spend one day in Datça, Turkey with me and see amazing Aegean Sea views, walk through Eski Datça, observe wild donkeys, try some delicious Turkish food (including their famous almond soda), and relax in my favorite Turkish seaside town. Turkey has so much beautiful scenery (like Palamutbükü beach), but the calm and serenity offered in this little slice of heaven can't be beat. Datça is a peninsula in the far south-west of Turkey where the Aegean and Mediterranean seas meet. It's roughly 800 km from Istanbul or about a 9 hour drive.
