That Bob and Doug McKenzie is a great album. It’s Dave Thomas and Rick Moranis. Some skits and a duet with Geddy Lee of Rush. The song’s called Take Off.
You picked up some good albums there young man. I saw a handful I'd have picked up myself. You picked...and passed on some of the albums that got me through my yesterdays. Thanks for walk down memory lane. I'm old record man myself. Keep on doing what you're doing 🎶✌❤🎶🍏🍕
Was that an Azymuth album for $2?... Definitely pick em up. South American Jazz Fusion. They sell, hugely respected band, I sold the (rare on vinyl) reunion album from the early 2000s for £100 UK... Store owner too, it's an ongoing education, musically, and financially, for us all. Really enjoy your videos... 😁 Ps second album out of that ladies stuff Strawberry Alarm Clock... NICE!
Hagerstown used to have a record store called Waxie Maxie that had a fantastic import section in the later 70s for punk/post punk & prog. The guy that stocked it would give me promo posters. I still have the large subway sized posters of The Clash's London Calling & Sandinista rolled up in a closet. Bought thee first UK pressing of the Sex Pistols LP (without Submission) at that store. There were some great record collectors around the area back then & wonder.....
Wow that's a great story thank you for sharing! Would love to have that Clash poster to hang up at our shop!! If ever selling please message us on Facebook. Sounds amazing!!! Thanks for watching!
Had fun along for the ride! Have you guys ever thought about videos where you do some advertising on specific records for sale? Sort of like a TH-cam Recordthon ?
the other day i picked up two original aussie pressings of Mingus Ah um, and mingus dynasty, idris muhammad power of soul,(US KUDU) and the snow goose by camel(UK decca) they were ten or twelve bucks each, nice little score, been really getting into charles mingus lately so that was great

FYI, your channel is great ...keep up the good work! BUT, ads run every 3 minutes, very annoying as I do not see this many ad interruptions on any other videos.
Why you bother diggin' in the antique store like that? the owner must have checked discogs for every single records they have before putting them for sale. You won't get any jackpot here, I guess.
These are interesting videos but there is a lot of cringe. Every video leaves value on the table. I get that you can’t know every valuable record, but some of this stuff seems basic. I guess he checks condition off camera?
I check condition off camera yes. I buy what I know I can use. I cant buy everything nor do I want to. Our shop has 25,000+ records in our backstock that wont fit in our store and still need processed. The videos are just something fun for me to do. Thanks for watching

Thanks for watching, we find rare records in all places. You never know what gets researched and what gets assumed as junk. Thanks for watching!
