bhai taxes are federal and provincial subject and merely linked to transfer of title. Even soceties that are totally illegal are now bound to charge taxes when they change title in their record. For example many blocks in khayabn e amin, Jazak City etc. Legality of project means approval from concerned authroity , LDA is concerned authroity not FBR which deals in taxes
